Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed once full payment or an agreed deposit is received.
  • Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments through the methods listed on our website.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Participant Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the workshop start date for a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • Big Start Marketing Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop or course. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Attendance & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and engage respectfully.
  • Disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of course materials may result in removal without refund.

  • Big Start Marketing Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop or course. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All workshop and course materials provided by Big Start Marketing LLC are for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Any recordings, slides, or templates remain the intellectual property of Big Start Marketing LLC.

Disclaimer

  • Workshops and courses are designed for educational purposes and to provide guidance on marketing strategies, tools, and practices.
  • Big Start Marketing LLC makes no guarantees of specific business results or outcomes.
  • Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge and strategies to their own businesses.
